Procedure
1) Mix all materials in Phase A at 70 ℃
2) Treat 3 roll mill in Phase C
3) After 3roll mill treatment of Phase C, mix it Phase
B & heat by 70 ℃
4) Slowly add Phase A into 3) with homogenizer
(2500rpm)

This guideline formula is the basic W/O formula.
Using only 20% of SUNZnO-NCO as UV filter and achieve SPF30, PA++(7.2).
For maximizing the function of Zinc Oxide, it has to be well dispersed in formula in D5 based sun cream.
SUNZnO-NCO is Dimethicone/Methicone copolymer treated zinc oxide which has good compatibility with D5.

Zinc Oxide regard as effective UVA • UVB filter and approved globally. (FDA, CTFA, TGA…)
UV protection of Zinc Oxide is physical scattering.
It doesn't induce the skin allergy and especially good for sensitive skin or products for baby.
Comparing TiO2, another inorganic UV filter, Zinc Oxide has less whitening effect.
