Particle size of commonly used fillers and spherical bead is 7~10um.

Particle size – 7um is well-known as having good sensorial feeling.

But particle size of SUNPMMA-Plus is 13um… Why?

The answer is….

1. For Make up

SUNPMMA-S has similar particle as platelet fillers.

So it is surrounded by other fillers in make up when you apply on your skin.

In this case, spread is decreased and sensorial feeling is so ordinary.

But, if you use SUNPMMA-Plus, it provides unique sensorial feeling and rolling.

2. For Skincare

We normally recommend to use 1~3% PMMA in order to decrease greasy feeling and give matte feeling.

For special application, such as primer, etc., we use 10% of PMMA.

If you use same amount of SUNPMMA-S and SUNPMMA-Plus in your formula, number of SUNPMMA-S will be

 applied 2 times more on the same area(above picture).

Any disadvantage?

  1) The more powders, the worse sensorial feeling.

  2) Bad compatibility with polymer thickener (for emulsion or cream)

If you use SUNPMMA-Plus, you don’t have to worry above disadvantages.
